1. We log your boat and or motor in on a service appointment sheet and show what services you want done.
2. You also get a printed copy of the appointment sheet showing the date you brought it in, when your expected appointment date is and proof that you left an item with us for service.
3. We verify that your boat's drain plug has been removed. If not, we remove it.
4. We make sure the drain hole is unclogged so any water completely drains out and do a quick walk around to identify any issues.
5. Finally your item is properly tagged with your last name for proper identification and to guarantee it does not get neglected.
